Neal Ford

Neal Ford calls himself the man with the plan. Ford, a native Montrealer, has been in the food brokerage business for more than 20 years.

Ford feels property taxes in Belleville are too high and therefore deter people from settling in the area. Ford says there is also a need for more post-secondary education in the city, either by expanding Loyalist College or constructing a stand-alone university.
